As we near the end of construction, we’ll handle all the last-minute details. This step is about a smooth transition; we coordinate inspections and prepare all the necessary documentation for a seamless closing.

We’ve Got Your Back

Our commitment to you doesn’t end on completion day. We’ll walk you through your finished property and hand over the keys, confident that our work is backed by a 12-month defects warranty (and a 10-year implied warranty behind that). We’ll be here to support you, ensuring a seamless start for your new home or your newest investment.
